To make things simple we use flat rates for shipping:

$15 AUD - Domestic (within Australia)

$25 AUD - International (New Zealand)

$40 AUD - International (Rest of World)

All orders (excluding made to order) will be shipped within 1-3 days of purchase from Perth, Western Australia via Australia Post.

Due to recent weather events, Australia Post is currently experiencing delays, and parcel delivery worldwide is expected to require longer than usual delivery times.

Tracking information will be sent via email at the time of shipping and you can check estimated delivery times at the Australia Post website by clicking here.

International customers are responsible for customs & duties within their own country.

For further information on fees and procedures, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

All orders will be packaged in recyclable cardboard and paper, or on the odd ocassion that bubble wrap is necessary, it will be reused from other sources. Please dispose of it thoughtfully.

Milk and Whistle does not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind reasons. However if there are any errors or other issues with your order, please get in contact immediately for replacement or a refund where an exchange isn't possible.

While every effort is made to make sure your package arrives safely, if your product is damaged in transit, please get in contact immediately with photos of the damaged packaging/items and shipping label so that a replacement or refund may be arranged for you.
